Limerick Safety Spotlight: Roy Haydt


In a kickoff meeting, Roy Haydt stood up and engaged the Allied team with a challenge to provide their complete attention and focus on the safety message being communicated by the Allied leadership team.  

His message was delivered with passion and included an inspiring, impactful, personal experience that illustrated the importance of being fully engaged and committed to the implementing the right safety behaviors.  

Roy’s commitment to safety and concern for his teammates is what we need that to turn our plans to work safely into safe actions while working in the field. Great leadership, Roy!
