Ginna Mentors Future Leaders Through STEM

 

Ginna's North American Young Generation in Nuclear (NAYGN) hosted a presentation and a glass top simulator demonstration for 55 University of Rochester summer research program students on Saturday, June 9. June 9 U of R Tour.jpg

The students in the program represented a broad range of majors including engineering, social and natural sciences, and computer science. Ginna employees eagerly volunteered their time to talk with the group, sharing their expertise and passion for nuclear energy. 

Supporting this event is just one of the ways Exelon Generation employees show their commitment to mentoring and motivating tomorrow's leaders through science, technology, engineering and math (STEM).
