4 Million Hours Worked with Zero OSHA-Recordable Injuries

FitzPatrick employees have taken ownership of our safety culture, and the results prove it. Employees worked more than 4 million hours without any Occupational Safety and Health Administration (OSHA)-recordable injuries. Data compiled by the U.S. Bureau of Labor Statistics shows that it is safer to work at a nuclear power plant than in the manufacturing sector, real estate, health care, leisure and hospitality industries, and financial sectors.

Our workers put safety first by implementing a questioning attitude, documenting safety behaviors, process and material conditions, and sharing best practices.  A continued focus on working safely has everything to do with our employees being engaged and involved. Their commitment to safety ensures every one of our employees go home in the same condition they came to work – every single day.

Congratulations to our employees on this impressive milestone!
