The Exelon board of directors has five standing committees. The committees have clear roles and responsibilities articulated in charters recommended by the Corporate Governance Committee and approved by the board. The Corporate Governance Committee recommends committee assignments based on the needs of the committee and the skills and experience of each director. The board approves committee assignments.
